Companies are being asked to do more with less. They need to move quickly to build experiences that meet changing customer expectations and they need to do so faster than ever, all while minimizing risk and costly rework.

Watch this special virtual fireside chat with Jeff Hoffman, Former Vice President, Digital, Analytics, & Technology at Best Buy to discover how winning teams build, validate and embed customer feedback into their development cycles to avoid rework and make better, faster decisions—so you can feel more confident throughout the entire development process, from concept to launch and beyond.

In this session, you will walk away with the understanding of how to:

  • Build upon the tools and practices your organization uses to develop even deeper customer understanding and develop plans for more impactful customer experiences
